DONT HATE

Plz don't hate! I am very well aware that it's been like 8yrs since i last updated this. And I apologize to the 3 people that actually read this. :) Love you guys!

So...... My life is a roller coaster! The entire fall season has just completely blown me away. Here are just a few things that happened....

THE BEST!!!!!---JINGLE JAM ROX! we had over 200 people come to the friday night event. and were expecting almost double that on Sunday night! Definately pray for this event!

1. I failed geography (this really sucks, but it is still somehow comical to me)
2. I'm on staff at FO
3. I ate thanksgiving lunch/dinner with Ryan and David at David's parents
4. I had thanksgiving dinner with my roomates and their fams on black friday
5. I ate thanksgiving dinner on the saturday after thankgiving with all my favorite friends
6. the Bible study michelle and i led was a huge hit with our middle school girls! They want to continue after the new year!!!
7. Ry and I are spending christmas in MD with his fam. And I get to meet the extended fam for the first time :)
8. Sandy and Christine spent a week with me when my rents went out of town.
9. I made (what felt like to me) a drastic hair color and cut, that hardly anyone noticed....lol
10. Remix Volume 1 (middle schoolers) attendance has sky rocketed over the course of this past season.
11. and my personal favorite...I learned to properly blow dry my hair. (haha....after 15 years of blow drying it like every day)

So....as always, my life never seems to be uneventful. Which I will gladly blame my lack of blogging on. :) Hope you enjoyed this quick update. I'm so excited that Christmas is here! I get to shop and buy gifts for the people I love, and I get to teach kids the true meaning of christmas on the weekends at FO. :) Love you all! Its finals week so pray that I dont fail any of my other three classes. :) thankx

Romans 8:28

Check out this verse!!!!

"And we know that in all things God works for the GOOD of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose."

Holy wow! So I haven't updated in awhile, I know, but man my life is so full right now. I'm taking 12 credit hours at UCF. I'm working about 30 hours a week. I spend several hours a week volunteering at Fellowship as a new service coordinator for Adventure Zone on Sundays and a student leader at Remix on Wednesdays. And Michelle and I are about to launch a Bible study for a bunch of our middle school girls!!! And now my boyfriend lives here too!!! On my own, I don't see how I'll ever be able to succeed. Then I take a closer look at what I can eliminate and I can't stop working. And I am unwilling to stop any of my other activities. Then I stumbled upon this verse, which I have heard so many times before, but this time it just knocked me off my feet. And I immediately felt a complete sense of relief. I know as long as I keep my relationship with Christ front and center, he'll take care of the rest. Read it again!
"... God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." That's so exciting to me! I know that kids and youth is the God's purpose and calling for me and I am eager to be apart of FO's ministries to them! I know that God will help me balance all my commitments and help me to succeed. I have definitely been struggling and stressing about all this over he past few weeks and it felt really good last night to let it all go!

LiFE iS GOOD!

YAY!!!!! Summer's over! haha. How weird does that sound? No, but seriously! I am so excited that the school year is beginning again! Remix just kicked off (that's Fellowship Orlando's student ministry) and that was jamm packed with teens and tweens! Tons of fun! We had a glow in the dark party! And it was sicK! Also all the elementary kids are back in school so the theater was packed on Sunday!

ANd HOLY WOW!!!!!!!! RYAN PAUL ARNOLD MOVED TO FLORiDA!!!!!!!!!!!!

enough said. you can only imagine how excited i am!

And I'm taking 4 classes at UCF and I am anxious to be done with school so I am excited as another semesters beginning just brings me closer to the end. :) I love my roommates! We just did like a major CLEAN HOUSE project and got our carpets shampooed and I love it! And I'm staring at a vase with 24 pink roses in it! Constantly reminding me that I have the best possible boyfriend any girl could ask for!

So all of these awesome reasons and happenings have all inspired the title of this blog. LiFE iS GOOD! However, I dare not say that I am content because the moment I feel that way, everything will change drastically. Keep me in your prayers that I never feel content and I keep striving to be a better version of myself and help build up and empower the people closest to me!

3. I saw the DARK KNiGHT! Holy WOW! Heath Ledger was amazing!!!!
4. I have gone bowling almost a dozen times, and I haven't gotten any better yet
5. My general manager was terminated and one of my favorite managers ever was promoted and is doing a TREMENDOUS job at turning our restaurant around.

10. I've created deeper relationships with the people who matter most in my life

I'm so grateful for the people in my life that love me unconditionally and have just showered me in God's love and their own over the past few months. It is amazing how God uses everyone in your life to lift you up. Even when they don't even know they're doing it. My God is so crazy cool! I'm so excited for fall to start and dive into our Adventure Zone and ReMix school year! I can not wait to see what God has in store for the kids and students at Fellowship Orlando and I can't wait to see what I will continue to learn from these kids over the next year! Thank you so much Lord, for Fellowship Orlando! This church has been exactly what I need from it every time I am in need and it makes me so excited to be able to give back with the talents and passions that Christ has put on my heart!

Happy Independence Day

Yes! We totally watched that movie last night. I had completely forgotten how truly amazing it was :) Ryan and I had a nice relaxing day pool side with with several of our friends! It was a nice break from all that's going on in my life right now. I'm moving into a new house this week, which means I'm moving out of my parents' house and it has been causing a lot of tension. I'm really praying hard that God heals my relationship with my parents and heals them from whatever hurt is causing all this strife. I pray daily for God to give me an attitude of humility and gratitude toward them, as I can be very stubborn when I want to. On a much better note, it is so exciting to see how God's been working on the hearts of the children and students at Fellowship this summer! I got the opportunity to witness several beautiful 12 yr old girls' lives get completely turned upside down after accepting Christ a few weeks ago! It was so intense to be there with them, experiencing the life change with them, I was their leader and they taught me so much! It was just an overall phenomenal experience. It is so encouraging as they all continue to text me and tell me the awesome things they're learning and what God is showing them! Holy WOW! My God ROCKS! On yet another note, another exciting happening in my life is that we are praying and hoping so much that God will work out the situation with UCF so Ryan can attend in the fall or spring. That would just make my life complete!
